SHIPPING POLICY

📦 Shipping & Packaging

  • Handling: Orders are packed with care using secure and eco-friendly materials, then shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery: Standard Shipping takes 7–15 business days. Express takes 3–5 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 USD.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Policy: You can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If we made a mistake, we cover 100% of the costs.

  • Standard Returns: For changes of mind or size issues, the customer covers the return shipping.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
